Before a recurring order
Each future offer must state the included courses, access period, final price and currency, applicable taxes, renewal interval, minimum commitment if any, automatic-renewal conditions and a functioning cancellation method.
A customer must explicitly authorize recurring billing. Visiting the website or accepting general website terms does not authorize a subscription.
Immediate cancellation
The intended policy is for cancellation to take effect immediately and for course access to end at the same time, rather than continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Send subscription questions or cancellation requests to contact@trailconversion.com. No self-service cancellation portal is connected to this site. The confirmation and course-access revocation process must be completed before monthly plans are sold.
Refunds and prior purchases
Cancellation prevents further renewal once effective. Any refund is assessed separately under the refund policy, purchase terms and mandatory law. Cancellation does not waive statutory consumer rights.
An earlier subscription remains governed by its original purchase conditions and mandatory law. Reading this page does not cancel an earlier contract, authorize a renewal or amend an existing payment arrangement.
